Performance boost across the range

Nvidia has released the new Geforce 320.49 beta driver that brings support for the newely launched GTX 760 graphics card, but also brings a couple of new fixes and a rather impressive performance boost over the Geforce 314.22 WHQL driver.

According to the release notes, the new 320.49 beta driver brings support for the Geforce GTX 760 graphics card and fixes image corruption in Eve Online: Retribution, Assassin's Creed III, Battlefield 3 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and brings SLI support for games like Natural Selection 2, GRID 2, Call of Juarez: Gunslinger and other titles.

In addition to these bug fixes and support for the GTX 760, the new 320.49 beta driver also brings a performance boost of up to 20 percent for Geforce 400/500/600-series GPUs in a couple of game titles. The results will of course vary depending on the actual GPU and system configuration.
